Refund & Return Policy

At Divine and Aligned, each product is intentionally crafted, energetically aligned, and handmade in small batches. Due to the unique and personal nature of our offerings, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Because our products are:

  • Handmade and produced in limited quantities

  • Energetically and spiritually crafted we are unable to restock or resell items once they have left our possession.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@divineandaligned.co with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item and packaging

We will review your case and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping and order details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
