Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our products, processing times may be extended during high-demand periods.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. It is your responsibility to monitor tracking and delivery status.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Divine and Aligned LLC is not responsible for:

  • Packages lost in transit

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

All claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Divine and Aligned LLC is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery at [Your Email Address] with:

  • Photos of the packaging

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of your request. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for replacement.

Final Sale Acknowledgment
