We make every effort to display products accurately; however, colors and appearances may vary due to screen settings and the handmade nature of each item.

3. All Sales Final (No Returns, Refunds, or Cancellations)

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the handmade, custom, and energetically crafted nature of our products, Divine and Aligned LLC strictly does not accept:

Returns
Exchanges
Order cancellations
Refund requests

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to dispute this policy.

Exception: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof. We reserve the sole right to determine eligibility for a replacement.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for:

Carrier delays
Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery confirmation.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By making a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue.

Any fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks will be contested with:

Proof of delivery
Order confirmation
Agreement to these Terms

We reserve the right to:

Ban customers from future purchases
Pursue recovery of funds, fees, and associated costs to the fullest extent permitted by law
